In Shop Computer Repair 
Many repairs to computers take time to do these can include Diagnostic scans, unload, download, software updates, data recovery, etc.  If the computer can easily be brought into our shop for repair, it is generally more time-efficient and cost-effective than in-home repairs.  Some work, such as networking, needs to be done at your home or office.

In Home or Office 
If you are not sure of the problem or it is not a system issues such as the printer is not working correctly or some times you can't get on to the Internet or networking issues etc. Then it is best to have a Technician come out to you home or office. 

Upgrading 
If your system is running slow, it may simply need an upgraded or tuned up.  Most computers can be upgraded with little fuss. This includes Virus, Spy Ware and Ad Ware scanning and removal.
